Friday                   7pm-9m   Meet and Great with AGHOST members & speakers
                                   Dirty Dan Harris (upstairs in bar) 1211 11th Street  Fairhaven, WA 98225 (360) 676-1011
                             9:30   Night walking tour of Fairhaven for speakers and AGHOST members only.

Saturday              8am   Registration and venders tables open
                            8:25   Welcome & announcements
                            8:30-9:20   Class 1
                            9:30-10:20   Class 2
                            10:30-11:20 Class 3
                            11:30-12:20    Class 4
                            12:25–1:25   Lunch on your own
                            1:30-3:20    Class 5 & workshop
                            3:30–4pm     Open forum discussion with Saturday speakers
                            4:45pm    Evening Expedition: Sign up for one of the two the day of the conference.
                                                 Location and maps will be provided when you sign up.
                            Choose from:    A) Ghost Walking Tour of Fairhaven (same walk as Fri & Sun)
                                                   B) Cemetery Expedition (same as Sun)   
                             6-8pm   Dinner break
                             Evening   Evening Haunted Investigations: Sign up at the conference for a investigation.
                                                You can choose from various times in the evening but you may only choose one.
                                                Location and maps will be revealed when you sign up.

Unfortunately I won't be able to make it =( I am going to be in Oregon as my mom is going to be recovering from surgery. ~Sorry hope you have fun, I'm still working on throwing together a newsletter for the expo. Although I'm working with a new program to me and its being a bitch! (open office writer if your curious) I'll keep you posted! ~Dustin

It is a 5 star restraunt and bar. The restraunt is downstairs and the bar is upstairs. You can call to see if minors are allowed upstairs. I did not make dinner reservations because I was not sure everyone wanted to pay 30.+ for dinner. Please let me know if you do and I would be happy to reserve a table.

Spoke with Constantine at Dirty Dan Harris' re: what is/isn't allowed.  Although the restaurant and bar are only "two steps" from one another, and even though there will be a number of people present, minors are not allowed into the lounge area upstairs.  No meet and greet for Jody and Phoenix  Sad

On other matters, Sheri, can we get together for a bit so you can let me know what my duties will include the weekend of the GHGC?  I confirmed with Steve that I'll be helping wrangle the presenters, but would like to have more details so I'll know how to plan any down time that weekend.  Hoping there'll be time to go on the tours, etc. as well as help out.  Thanks!
